Use of Rollers:
Take a few deep breaths and rotate the Roller to the appropriate pulse points and inhale slowly and deeply. Pulse Points: Fruits, neck, soles, behind the ears, in the neck, behind the knees, near the ankle joint, inside the elbows). Apply to the sternum and wrists, touch the point of the heart.
You can also use it as a personal perfume applying to the back of the neck, wrists and décolleté.
