 Use of  Rollers:
 Take a few deep breaths and rotate the Roller to the appropriate pulse points and inhale slowly and deeply. Pulse Points:  Fruits, neck,  soles, behind the ears, in the neck, behind the knees, near the ankle joint, inside the elbows).  Apply to the neck, shoulders and back and gently massage.
